Made in Avila with goats milk. This cheese hardly has got dark coloured rind and it is completely mouldy outside. Unctuous and white coloured paste. Its taste is distinctive but honest, sharp with aromas of yogourt. Melting when you taste it with an aroma of mushroom and pantry.
